Hi there! Nice to meet you, I am Laura. I was born and raised in Germany and I have lived all over the world – Africa, North America, Asia, and Europe.
The same goes for my journey with Yoga, Wellness and Barre, which has taken me to India and Bali, where I have both learned and taught. My teaching style is a unique blend of all the cultures and experiences that have shaped me. I teach with my whole heart, passion and love, creating practices that are joyful, mindful, and deeply nurturing.
